
ABOUT ME
I’m a chef and much more…
To be exact, I’m a chef, artist, gardener, neighbor, OKC community member, local food and vendor advocate.
I have been experimenting with dishes and recipes over the years, typically making something out of nothing with limited resources of what’s available; rather seasonally. All started from the time spent with my grandmother when I was little. She showed me the joy of cooking with what was available in the garden. Both of my parents were home cooks and I still unknowingly have been following the their rules in the kitchen.
Cooking with seasonal ingredients require creativity and understanding of each one. It’s very challenging but it puts such joy and purpose into my life. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else but pursuing my passion. In 2010 I left an office career in architectural design behind and committed to working on the art and structure of edible ingredients.

Flora Bodega is my shop at Paseo Farmers Market. I love working with this wonderful group of people and supporting our local farmers.
FARM TO TABLE DINNERS
These dinners are intimate in a beautiful place at St. Francis of the Woods. I use tasty local ingredients and wine. I’m taking a pause on this but you can sign up to be notified for the next one.
